Before you contact us

Select "Cancel my booking" above and provide your booking reference. Most bookings can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before drop-off. We'll confirm by email.
Yes — select "Change dates or details" and tell us your current and new dates. Changes are subject to availability and may result in a price difference.
3-5 working days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2-3 days.
Select "Problem at the car park" above. Include your booking ref, car park name, and photos if possible. We'll escalate to the provider immediately.
Most providers monitor flights and hold your car. If cancelled entirely, contact us for a refund or date change.
