1. About Park4Travels

Park4Travels Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates a comparison and booking platform for UK airport parking, hotels, lounges, and transfer services. Our website at park4travels.co.uk allows you to compare prices from third-party providers and make bookings through our platform.

2. Our role

Park4Travels acts as an intermediary between you (the customer) and third-party service providers (car park operators, hotels, lounge operators, transfer companies). Your contract for the actual service is with the provider, not with Park4Travels. We facilitate the booking and payment process.

3. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking (name, email, vehicle registration, flight details). Providing false information may result in your booking being cancelled without refund.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices displayed are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to availability and may change between searching and booking. The price is confirmed at the point of booking. Payment is taken securely via Stripe at the time of booking.

5. Bookings and confirmations

Once payment is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. This confirmation contains your booking reference, provider details, and instructions. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation is correct and to present it at the car park, hotel, lounge, or to your transfer driver.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation policies vary by provider. Most bookings offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service date. Some bookings are non-refundable — this is clearly stated before you book. To cancel, contact us at info@park4travels.co.uk with your booking reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.

7. Amendments

To change dates, times, or other booking details, contact us at info@park4travels.co.uk. Amendments are subject to availability and may result in a price change. Some bookings cannot be amended and must be cancelled and rebooked.

8. Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to their individual terms including: expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, service restrictions, and usage limits. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. We reserve the right to withdraw codes at any time.

9. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for: arriving at the car park, hotel, or pickup point at the agreed time; having your booking confirmation available; ensuring your vehicle is roadworthy and insured; removing all valuables from your vehicle; providing accurate flight details for flight-tracked services.

10. Our liability

Park4Travels provides a comparison and booking platform. We are not liable for the quality of service provided by third-party providers. If you have a complaint about a service, we will assist in resolving it with the provider. Our liability is limited to the booking fee paid to us.

11. Provider responsibilities

The car park operator, hotel, lounge, or transfer company is responsible for the actual service. Their own terms and conditions also apply to your booking. If your vehicle is damaged while in the care of a parking provider, the claim is between you and the provider.

12. Intellectual property

All content on park4travels.co.uk including text, images, logos, and software is owned by Park4Travels Ltd and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

13. Data protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation including GDPR.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will be changed. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
