This website is operated by Park4Travels Ltd trading as Park4Travels. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Park4Travels Ltd.
Park4Travels provides this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here (“Terms”).
By visiting our site and/or booking a service through us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, vendors, partners, and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our site. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use any services.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
1. Service Provider Relationship
1.1 Park4Travels acts as a booking agent for airport parking providers and lounge operators. The actual services (e.g. valet parking, shuttle transfers, lounge access) are provided by third-party partners.
1.2 By booking through our site, you enter into a contract with the service provider, not directly with Park4Travels. We pass your booking details securely to the chosen provider.
1.3 Each service provider may have their own terms and conditions which also apply to your booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 You may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the start time and receive a refund, unless otherwise stated on the booking page.
2.2 Cancellations must be made in writing via email: bookings@park4travels.com.
2.3 Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made less than 48 hours before service start, or for no-shows.
3. Our Responsibilities
3.1 We will take reasonable care to ensure your booking is processed accurately and passed to the service provider.
3.2 Park4Travels is not liable for:

Service delivery or quality provided by third-party partners.

Flight delays, missed flights, or additional costs due to customer timing.

Weather conditions, traffic, strikes, security alerts, or other force majeure events outside our control.
3.3 Any liability for vehicle damage, theft, loss, or service failure rests with the service provider, except where caused by our proven error in booking.
4. Your Responsibilities
When using Park4Travels, you agree to:
4.1 Arrive in plenty of time for your booking and onward travel.
4.2 Provide accurate information when booking (e.g. vehicle registration, flight details, contact info).
4.3 Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy, legally compliant (MOT, tax, insurance), and safe to drive.
4.4 Remove valuables from your vehicle and keep luggage with you.
4.5 Retain your booking confirmation and present it to the service provider if requested.
4.6 Pay any additional charges if you stay longer than your booked period or amend your booking.
4.7 Inspect your vehicle on collection and report any issues immediately to the provider.
5. Limitations of Liability
5.1 Park4Travels is not responsible for:

Mechanical or electrical failure of your vehicle.

Windscreen or tyre damage (unless caused by proven negligence of the service provider).

Property left in your vehicle.

Consequential or indirect losses (e.g. missed flights, additional travel costs).
5.2 Our maximum liability to you is limited to the value of the booking fee paid through Park4Travels.
6. Payments
6.1 All payments are processed securely through our payment provider Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
6.2 Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
7. Abandoned Vehicles
7.1 If you do not collect your vehicle within your booked period and fail to contact the service provider, your vehicle may be considered abandoned.
7.2 After reasonable notice, the provider may take action in accordance with the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977. Any costs may be deducted from proceeds of sale.
8. Complaints
8.1 Any service-related complaint should be raised directly with the provider at the time of service.
8.2 If you believe Park4Travels has failed in its booking process, please contact us at info@park4travels.com. We will investigate and, where appropriate, liaise with the provider.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
