Drive to the Short Stay car park at your Heathrow terminal, where a Heathrow Park & Go chauffeur meets you at the Off Airport Meet & Greet area and takes your car. Call the operator 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive, quoting your booking reference. When you land and have your luggage, call again and your car is brought back to the Meet & Greet collection point at your arrival terminal. The meet point and contact number are on your booking confirmation.

Can I cancel a booking at Heathrow Park & Go, Meet & Greet?
Cancel with us at least 48 hours before drop-off and we refund the parking charge in full. Inside 48 hours the parking charge is not refundable. The £1.95 booking fee is non-refundable on every booking.
