1. Booking agreement
Park4Travels Ltd (company number 16762547, registered in England and Wales at 20 to 22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU) operates as a booking agent for UK airport parking, lounge and travel-related services. Park4Travels does not own or operate any car park, lounge, hotel or transfer service. Each individual parking operator is responsible for the vehicles and customers in its care.
2. Booking contract
2.1 Your parking contract is made directly with the named operator on the listing you booked, and is subject to that operator's terms and conditions. The operator accepts responsibility for its own negligence where proven. The operator does not accept responsibility for the acts of any third party, and does not accept responsibility for your vehicle or its contents to the extent that any other insurance policy covers them. Each operator's full terms are available on request and are exhibited at the operator's site.
2.2 Operators will not accept liability for any loss or damage to your vehicle that you do not notify them of before leaving the car park. Photograph your vehicle from all angles before handing it over, and raise any damage claim on the spot.
2.3 Operators may direct you to alternative car parks or compounds at peak times. Where this happens the operator will tell you on arrival or by the contact number on your booking confirmation.
2.4 Keep your booking confirmation safe while you travel. Operators may require it to release your vehicle, or may require payment of any unarranged charges before doing so.
2.5 Most car parks Park4Travels lists are off-airport unless otherwise stated. Off-airport operators run shuttle buses to and from the terminal at the frequencies shown on the listing. Where a listing says on-airport or terminal-side, the on-airport rules of that airport apply.
2.6 For on-airport car parks, hotel car parks and any car park where you are not required to leave your keys, your vehicle is parked at your own risk. The operator is responsible only to the extent of its published terms and any negligence proven against it.
2.7 Park4Travels accepts no liability where the performance of any contract is prevented by reasons outside our or the operator's reasonable control, including war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial action, pandemic, natural disaster, fire, severe weather, or air-traffic control restrictions.
2.8 By making a booking through Park4Travels you agree to these terms and to the operator's terms and conditions for the listing you have selected.
2.9 Where a Meet & Greet listing requires you to leave your keys with the operator's driver, that requirement is shown on the listing and on your confirmation. The driver will be uniformed and insured. For Park & Ride listings you generally keep your own keys.
2.10 For Meet & Greet bookings, please make sure your arrival time, flight number and contact phone number are accurate. Drivers are scheduled around your booked time. Late arrivals or contact-detail errors that result in a driver being kept waiting may incur an administration charge of up to £15 payable directly to the operator on the day, set by the operator's published terms.
2.11 You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle you leave with the operator is roadworthy, taxed and (where applicable) has a current MOT. The operator's drivers are insured to drive customer vehicles on the public highway under their own commercial insurance.
2.12 Park4Travels does not own or operate any car park or Meet & Greet service. Listings shown under a Park4Travels brand are licensed reseller versions of services run by the named operator. Complaints will be passed to the operator and tracked through to a documented response.
3. Park & Ride and self-park bookings
3.1 Your booking confirmation includes the operator's address, contact phone number and arrival/return procedure. Read it before you travel. Missed bookings, missed flights or any other consequence arising from a customer's failure to follow the operator's published instructions are the customer's responsibility.
4. Meet & Greet and Valet bookings
4.1 Your booking confirmation includes the driver's contact phone number, the meeting point at the airport, and the on-arrival procedure. Read it before you travel. Missed bookings or service issues arising from a customer's failure to follow the operator's published instructions are the customer's responsibility.
5. Cancellations, amendments and refunds
5.1 The £2.29 Park4Travels booking fee is non-refundable on every booking. This applies regardless of when or why a booking is cancelled, including where the operator's underlying parking charge is fully refunded. The fee covers the cost of operating the booking platform and the customer-support function.
5.2 The cancellation and amendment policy for the parking portion of your booking is set by the operator and shown on the listing page before you book and on your booking confirmation. Most operators offer free cancellation of the parking charge up to 24 hours before drop-off; some apply an admin fee (typically £10 to £15); some non-flexible products are non-refundable. Always check the policy that applies to your booking.
5.3 Cancellations on the day of travel will be charged in full per most operators' policies. To receive a refund of the parking portion (where the operator allows it) you must contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled drop-off.
5.4 Bookings sold under a "Saver", "Non-Flex" or "Non-Refundable" tier are not eligible for a refund of the parking portion unless otherwise stated by the operator. The £2.29 booking fee remains non-refundable in all cases.
5.5 All amendment requests are subject to a £5 administration fee at Park4Travels' discretion, plus any operator amendment fee that may apply.
5.6 To cancel or amend, use the contact form at park4travels.co.uk/contact with your booking reference, or email hello@park4travels.co.uk. Refunds, where due, are processed back to the original payment card and clear within 5 working days.
6. Booking confirmation
6.1 A booking confirmation is emailed to the address you provide at checkout. It contains your booking reference, the operator's contact details and the arrival/return procedure. Where required by the operator, present the confirmation reference at the barrier or on arrival.
6.2 Park4Travels does not levy a card surcharge. All listed prices include 20% VAT unless stated otherwise.
7. Pricing
7.1 Prices on our listings update in real time and may move with seasonal demand. The price displayed at the time you confirm payment is the price you pay. Operators occasionally publish revised tariffs that take effect mid-year; where this happens, existing confirmed bookings are honoured at the price you paid.
7.2 Some airports apply a separate forecourt or barrier charge that is paid by the customer directly to the airport, not by Park4Travels and not by the operator. Where this applies (notably Bristol's £8.50 Drop Off and Pick Up barrier fee on return for Meet & Greet bookings as of 5 January 2026), the listing page and booking confirmation display the additional charge clearly.
8. Vehicle restrictions
8.1 Most listings accept vehicles up to the size of an MPV. Vans, transit vehicles, vehicles with trailers, and vehicles over 1.95m in height may not be accepted at all listings, or may incur an additional charge. Contact the operator before booking if you are unsure your vehicle will be accepted.
9. Lounges, hotels and transfers
9.1 Lounge, hotel and transfer bookings made through Park4Travels are subject to the partner provider's terms and conditions. Each is shown on the listing and on the booking confirmation. The £2.29 Park4Travels booking fee is non-refundable on these bookings as it is on parking.
10. Complaints
10.1 If something goes wrong, contact us in writing via the contact form or to hello@park4travels.co.uk with your booking reference. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and reach a resolution within 14 days. Where the issue is operator-side, we will pass the complaint to the operator and track it through to a documented response.
11. Links to third-party websites
11.1 Park4Travels may link to third-party websites for additional information. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, accuracy or availability. Inclusion of a third-party link does not constitute endorsement. Following a third-party link is at your own risk and the third party's own privacy and terms apply.
12. Data protection
12.1 The personal data you provide at booking (name, email, phone, vehicle registration, flight numbers) is shared with the operator to fulfil your booking and may be processed for customer service, accounting and legal compliance. See our privacy policy for the full data protection notice.
13. Governing law
13.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with a booking are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
