Our promise

What we never hide

A short list of what Park4Travels shows you, in full, before you book. No surprises at checkout. No hidden fees. No fake urgency. No padding the reviews.

Every promise on this page maps to a real feature we already ship. Nothing here is aspirational.

1

The total price, at the top — not buried at the end

Every offer card shows the all-in price upfront, including our £1.49 booking fee. The number you see is the number you pay. We never raise the price as you go through checkout.

Example: a £63.50 Bristol booking shows £63.50 from the search results all the way to your Stripe receipt.
2

Cancellation deadlines in plain English

Every car park has different cancellation rules. We show them on the offer card before you click Book, not three pages deep in the small print. If it's non-refundable, we say non-refundable. We don't dress it up as flexible terms apply.

Look for the cancellation line at the bottom of every offer card.
3

Exit fees and barrier charges, disclosed before you book

Some Meet & Greet operators charge a £5 to £10 barrier fee when you collect your car. Most comparison sites bury this in the confirmation email. We put it in the listing description so you know before you pay.

Bristol Sky Park: £8.50 exit fee paid by you, card only, no cash. Shown on the listing, not hidden until you arrive.
4

The real operator name, not a white label

When you book a Meet & Greet at Heathrow, the car park is run by a specific company. We show their actual brand. You can Google them, check Trustpilot, decide for yourself. We don't disguise small operators as Premium Airport Services to make them sound bigger.

5

Reviews only from customers who actually booked

Every review on Park4Travels comes from a verified booking reference. No anonymous reviews. No five-stars from staff accounts. No inherited reviews from before our system launched. If you see a 4.2 average with three reviews, that's three real people. Better that than a fake 4.8 from thousands.

We launched in 2026. Our review counts will look small for a while. That's the honest version.
6

No urgency theatre

You won't see 12 people are viewing this car park or only 2 spaces left at this price. Those numbers are made up on most parking sites. We don't do it. Prices are what they are. If you want to book on Monday instead of now, the rate will probably still be there on Monday.

7

No pre-ticked add-ons

Some comparison sites quietly add insurance, priority parking, or premium support to your basket. Untick them or you pay. We don't do that. If you want an add-on, you choose it. The default is just the parking you searched for.

Why we wrote this down

UK airport parking comparison is a category built on small lies. Padded review averages. Fake countdown clocks. Pre-ticked add-ons. Exit fees disclosed only in the confirmation email after you've paid. Total prices that creep upward through three checkout pages. We started Park4Travels because we found booking parking irritating and stressful in a way it shouldn't be.

We can't fix the industry. We can write down what we won't do, link it from every page, and ask you to hold us to it. If you ever catch us breaking one of these, email hello@park4travels.co.uk and we'll fix it the same week.
