The UK's main low-cost-carrier hub.
Stansted is the UK's third-busiest airport and the dominant base for Ryanair in the British Isles. It's a single-terminal operation built around the iconic Norman Foster-designed terminal building that opened in 1991 and has been progressively expanded since.
The airport's character is firmly low-cost: aside from a handful of mainline carriers (Emirates, Pegasus, Jet2 amongst them), the route map is dominated by short-haul European leisure and business destinations. The result is fast, predictable turnarounds and competitive parking pricing across the board.

Getting to STN
