When will I be charged?+

We charge your card at booking and pay the operator on your behalf. Cancellation and amendment terms are set by the operator, the policy that applies to your booking is shown on the listing page and on your confirmation. Any refund due is paid back to your card within 5 working days.

What if my flight is delayed?+

Park-and-ride and meet-and-greet operators automatically extend your stay free for the first 30 minutes. Beyond that, call your operator directly using the number on your booking confirmation page, they're the fastest route to extending the slot. For non-time-critical follow-up, use our contact form (categories: 'Issue at drop-off / pick-up' or 'I'm running late on return').

Can I edit my booking?+

Yes, you can request a change to dates, times or vehicle reg from the Manage Booking area. The operator's amendment policy (notice period, any admin fee) is shown on your booking confirmation.

What's the difference between Park & Ride and Meet & Greet?+

Park & Ride: you park in an off-airport compound and a shuttle drops you at the terminal. Meet & Greet: a chauffeur meets you at the terminal and parks the car for you.

What is Park Mark?+

A British Parking Association accreditation for car parks that meet a published standard for safety, lighting, fencing and CCTV. Where an operator is Park Mark accredited, we flag it with a green badge on the listing, but not every operator carries it, so check the badge before booking if it matters to you.

Are independent operators safe to use?+

Every independent on Park4Travels is verified for insurance and operating licences before going live. Direct rates are typically 12-25% cheaper than aggregators.

How do I become an operator?+

Apply at /operators. We verify within 48 hours and your dashboard goes live with rate-loading and inventory tools.
