Call Platinum Valet 30 to 60 minutes before you reach the airport, then follow the signs for Valet Parking. A Platinum Valet driver meets you there, checks your car in and gives you a receipt, then takes the car to their secure site while you walk into the terminal.
When you come back, call the number on your receipt about 30 minutes before you expect to reach the Valet Parking area; it is best to call as soon as you land. Your car is brought back to the same Valet Parking area and the driver hands back your keys.
Platinum Valet's site is a secure open yard with 24/7 manned operations, monitored alarm systems and 4K CCTV. They hold the Park Mark award and are a British Parking Association approved meet and greet operator.
Hand over only your car key, not house keys or fobs, and take valuables out of the car. Your car needs a valid MOT and road tax: Platinum Valet will turn away a vehicle without them, with no refund. If you come back later than booked, Platinum Valet charges £25 for each extra day.

Can I cancel a booking at Platinum Valet Meet & Greet, EV Charging?
Cancel with us at least 24 hours before drop-off and we refund the parking charge in full. Inside 24 hours the parking charge is not refundable. Changes are free up to 24 hours before drop-off (you pay any difference in price); inside 24 hours Platinum Valet charges a £35 administration fee, if they can make the change. Your vehicle must have a valid MOT and road tax: Platinum Valet will turn away a vehicle without them, with no refund. The £1.95 booking fee is non-refundable on every booking.
