Drive to the Short Stay car park at your Heathrow terminal (T2, T3 or T5), where a fully insured Terminals Parking chauffeur meets you on Level 4 to take your car. Hand over the keys, collect your paperwork and walk straight to check-in. Your car is kept in a secured car park around 5 miles from the airport. Call the operator 20 to 30 minutes before you reach the terminal so a chauffeur is ready. The first 15 minutes of Heathrow short-stay parking is covered — do not use the Drop-Off zone, as Heathrow charges separately for that.
