Drive to the Terminal 4 Long Stay car park (TW6 3XL), where a fully insured Terminals Parking chauffeur meets you to take your car. Call the operator 30 minutes before you arrive and they will tell you where to park. The chauffeur inspects your car, completes the handover and drives it to their secured car park. Then take the free Heathrow shuttle bus from the Long Stay car park to Terminal 4: it runs every 10 to 15 minutes and takes 5 to 10 minutes. The meet point and contact number are on your booking confirmation.

Cancel with us at least 48 hours before drop-off and we refund the parking charge in full. Inside 48 hours the parking charge is not refundable. The £1.95 booking fee is non-refundable on every booking.
