Heathrow Meet & Greet is the fastest way to park at the airport — you drive straight to the Short Stay car park at your terminal, hand the keys to a fully insured chauffeur on Level 4, and walk to check-in. No shuttle, no compound, no parking to find. This is exactly how it works at Terminals 2, 3 and 5 in 2026, including the precise meet rows, the timing rules, and what to do on return.
How Heathrow Meet & Greet works
You drive to the Short Stay car park at your terminal (T2, T3 or T5), take a ticket from the barrier, head up to Level 4, and park in a designated row where a uniformed chauffeur is waiting. Hand over the keys, collect your paperwork, and head straight to check-in. The chauffeur drives the car to a secured off-airport compound around 5 miles from the terminal. On your return, the car is brought back to the same Short Stay level for you to collect.
This service covers Terminals 2, 3 and 5. Terminal 4 is not currently part of this product — if you are flying from T4, see the alternatives on the Heathrow parking page.
The meet rows — by terminal
All three terminals have a 2.1m height restriction on the Short Stay car park entrance, so taller vehicles need to plan accordingly.
- Terminal 2 (postcode TW6 1EW) — Car Park 2, Level 4, Rows A or B. From the Central Terminal Area tunnel, stay right for T2 Short Stay, head up the ramp, take a ticket from the right-hand barrier and follow signs for Off-Airport Parking Meet & Greet.
- Terminal 3 (postcode TW6 1QG) — Car Park 3, Level 4, Rows A or B. From the tunnel, keep in the first lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay.
- Terminal 5 (postcode TW6 2GA) — Car Park 5, Level 4, Rows R or S. Follow Short Stay Passenger Pick Up signs up the ramp, then Off-Airport Parking signs on Level 4.
Important: do not follow the Drop-Off signs. Drop-Off is a separate Heathrow product with its own kerbside fee paid to the airport. The Short Stay car park is the correct route for Meet & Greet.
What to do on the day
- Call the operator when you are 20 to 30 minutes from the terminal — not after you arrive. The chauffeur is dispatched on that call. The first 15 minutes of Short Stay parking is covered for you; longer waits are not.
- Photograph your car from all angles before you hand over the keys. Note the mileage. This is the single most useful thing you can do to protect yourself.
- Hand over the keys to the chauffeur (uniformed, fully insured), collect the paperwork, and head to check-in.
- Take all valuables out — travel documents, phone, cash, anything you would not want left in the car. The operator does not accept responsibility for personal items left in vehicles.
Electric vehicle? Tell the driver when you hand over so they can keep the charge state in mind.
What to do on return
Call the operator twice: once as soon as you land, and once again as soon as you have collected your luggage. Then go to the same Short Stay level and row where you handed the car over — that is where the chauffeur brings it back to you. Check the car, sign the paperwork, drive away.
ULEZ — applies to your vehicle
Heathrow sits inside the expanded ULEZ. If your car does not meet ULEZ standards, the £12.50 daily charge for both the drop-off day and the return day is your responsibility, not the operator's. Most petrol cars from 2006 onwards and most diesels from 2015 are compliant; all electric vehicles are exempt. Full detail on our Heathrow ULEZ guide.
What it costs
Heathrow Meet & Greet at Terminals 2, 3 and 5 starts at £65 a day, scaling with the length of stay. For live pricing on your exact dates, see the booking page.
