Luton Airport runs two lounge brands as of 2026: No1 Lounges (the premium-leaning option) and My Lounge (the newer, more relaxed one). Both sit in the airside concourse with apron views. Luton also offers a genuinely useful free PreBook Security service, which sits alongside the paid lounges as the budget-conscious traveller's alternative.

No1 Lounge

  • Pre-book from: £44.00 per person.
  • What you get: Buffet plus hot items, à la carte options at peak, premium drinks, comfortable zoned seating, business-friendly seating with power, apron views.
  • Best for: Long-haul departures, business travel, or travellers who want the quieter premium-tier option.

My Lounge

Pre-book from: £42.00 per person.

What you get: A self-service grazing menu rather than a formal buffet, unlimited soft and alcoholic drinks, Wi-Fi, a games room and a dedicated family seating area. It is the newer and more relaxed of the two, laid out in a loft style with around 135 seats. You will find it after security and duty free, next to Accessorize.

Best for: Families, and anyone who would rather graze and unwind than sit at a work table. Accepts Priority Pass, DragonPass and LoungeKey.

Worth knowing: This is the space that used to be the Aspire Lounge. Aspire closed at Luton in December 2023 and reopened in June 2024, refitted and rebranded as My Lounge, so any guide still sending you to Aspire at Luton is out of date.

Free PreBook Security

  • Cost: Free.
  • What you get: A guaranteed 30-minute window at the security lane. You walk in during your slot, no queue.
  • Best for: Travellers who do not need lounge food and drinks but want to bypass the morning security peak.
  • Notes: This is unique among UK airports. Book at london-luton.co.uk/inside-lla/security/prebook-security. Full guide: Luton PreBook Security explained.

Paid Fast Track Security

  • Online price: from £4 per person.
  • Walk-up: £6 at the kiosk.
  • What you get: A dedicated security lane (separate from the standard queue and from PreBook).
  • Best for: Last-minute travellers who could not book PreBook and want guaranteed speed.

What to expect on the day

  2. Clear security. Luton's CT scanners are installed but the 100ml liquid rule still applies (DfT certification pending).
  3. Walk to the lounge. Both No1 Lounge and My Lounge are signed from the main airside concourse.
  4. Present your boarding pass and access code at the lounge desk.
  5. Standard 2 to 3 hours of access.

Membership card access

No1 Lounge: generally accepted on Priority Pass, DragonPass and LoungeKey. My Lounge: accepted on Priority Pass, DragonPass and LoungeKey. Always confirm on your card's app on the day of travel.

Frequently asked questions

Is the lounge worth it for an early-morning Luton departure?

If you are at the airport before 5am and your flight is at 7am, yes. The lounge food and seating make a 90-minute pre-departure wait much more pleasant.

Can I use PreBook Security and a lounge?

Yes, they are independent. PreBook gets you through security; the lounge is your post-security wait.

Are kids welcome?

Yes at both. No1 Lounge and My Lounge admit under-12s at discounted rates, under-2s free.

Are showers available?

Limited shower facilities at No1 Lounge; not at My Lounge. If showers matter, confirm at booking.
